The PC first encounters him in [[Liurnia|Liurnia]], where he has stolen [[Rya's Necklace]]. He'll also sell delicious shellfish. He'll warn the PC about the Dung Eater, and caution them against freeing him. If the PC frees them anyway, the Dung Eater will kill Boggart. #elden_ring #subject #character
