Aided [[Sorceress Sellen]] when she was expelled from [[Raya Lucaria]]. He's a lover of [[Puppets]], which he makes with a special draught using [[Starlight Shards]], and stored in a hidden cellar. Seluvis will ask the PC to give a potion to [[Nepheli Loux]], which will turn her into a puppet. He will attempt to turn [[Ranni|Ranni]] into a puppet, thought she will see it coming. Regardless, he can later be found dead in his tower, in the same kneeling position as his puppets. It's implied he is [[Pidia]]'s puppet, or vice-versa. #elden_ring #subject #character
