If this is about Marika, I'd bet we'd see the gloam eyed queen. If it's about Miquella, I bet we'd see a resolution to Godwyn and Miquella's story and the deathbed dream. If you zoom in you can draw lines where the dark mass seems to be strangling the Erdtree.
